What are your hours?
We are open from 10am to 7pm, Monday - Saturday. If you call and you cannot reach us, please leave a message or send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How long does it take to process an order?
Our policy is to get the order out as quickly as possible... and that usually means that day. If you place your order after 4pm central, we won't be able to get your order out until the next day. Orders placed on weekend days will go out on the next business day. How can I cancel my order? Just give us a call. We will take care of it as long as it has not already left the store. We are fast shippers, so please keep that in mind. If your order has already shipped, please see our return policy below.
What is your return policy?
Where does Mountain Hideaway ship to?
We currently ship to all 48 contiguous states, with no extra charge to Hawaii or Alaska. We also ship to Canada, although additional fees may apply. Please contact us with any concerns regarding shipping rates.
Can I combine shipping on two orders?
Definitely! We highly encourage it... but remember that we get the orders out fast. If you wait a day to try to combine orders, unless it is the weekend, you are probably going to be too late. It never hurts to try though, so give us a shout!
My tracking number is not working. What do I do?
Every once in a while we type in a shipping number incorrectly. If this happens, just give us a call at 1-800-559-7714. If you can't reach us, email us at email@example.com. We are not always perfect but we strive to provide the absolute best service!
I have not gotten my order yet, what do I do?
If your tracking number is working, and it shows that the package is sitting at a post office unit/UPS station, give your local facility a call with the tracking information. Once it leaves our shop, it is mostly out of our hands. If you can't get anywhere with them, give us a call and we will see what assistance we can provide. Why won't my discount code work? Our discount codes are temperamental codes; they don't like certain things: They do not like sale items, they just weren't designed for them. They are case sensitive. If you see a discount code in all caps, that is how you will have to type it in. They don't like to work together; one code per purchase please.
What if I can't find what I am looking for?
Just give us a call. If you are looking for something, we can most likely get it for you. We carry and can order most outdoor industry brands. Call us at 1-800-559-7714 and we will help you out as best we can.
Does Mountain Hideaway price match?
Yes we do. We will price match any one of our competitors. Prices we cannot match are: prices on an auction site (i.e. Ebay), prices on previous-season items to prices on current-season items, or prices with over-seas companies.
